Cakes: Parvati

Parvati, the Hindu Goddess of Love and Devotion.

But in my post, Parvati is one of the places I can call 'Heaven of Sweets'. This small cafe/dessert store is located in Trinoma Mall.

They have a bunch of unique and yummy desserts that you can find in the Metro. They also served soups, salads, pasta and sandwiches.

These are some of the desserts I've already tried.

The Dome - Small (P135)

For chocolate fanatics out there, 'The Dome' is the perfect one to satisfy your addiction. Dark chocolate coated moist chocolate chiffon with Nutella icing filling. What else can you ask for? <3 This is also available in small (P135), medium (P235) and large (P700) sizes.

Looking for a new style of Brazo de Mercedes which is one of the traditional Filipino desserts? Parvati has got you a unique one, a FROZEN BRAZO DE MERCEDES. :) Your taste buds can still have the richness of the yema-like filling that you want but with a twist of it, being frozen. :)

Available in small (P200), loaf (P370) and whole (P680) sizes.

Small (P200)

Oh-Oh-Tee-Dee #2: Aztec.

Aztec print is currently a style trend, it is known for its daring color combinations with black outlines and strong shapes like triangles and circles.

It's a Saturday! That means I can finally go home to my real 'home' in Antipolo. Since I'm renting a condominium unit in Manila for school/study purposes, it was only on Saturdays and Sundays that I get to go back home. :) And because I do have a sweet family, they always find time every Saturdays to fetch me then head to somewhere else for dinner etc. :)

A right outfit for a day spent with family. :)

University-Scoop

Left- Mud Pie, Right-Regular Mango Ice Cream

Visited an ice cream parlor named, U-Scoop near the P. Noval gate of UST.

It was a sweet experience. I've got to choose different variants of ice cream desserts from their menu. Plus the prices of their ice creams are affordable enough for students. The also have snacks/pica picas (nachos etc), rice meals and pasta dishes perfect for any meal of the day.

Though the place is not that big, the ambiance is perfect to chat with friends or make some bonding moments. :) Because of the colorful designs around the place, it gives a 'young' 'youth' feeling. :)

So if you wanna lessen your stress, cool down your heads and have a break from school, go visit them!
